iLink
iLink is a suite of products developed and managed by i3000 to extend the Oracle CRM On Demand product Set.
iLink provides a platform for cloud integration, application extension and for overcoming functional limitations of CRM On Demand.
iLink Overview
One of the key features of Oracle CRM On Demand is its Out-of-the box functionality coupled with a set of easy to use configuration tools. Standard functionality and Configuration tools do of course have their limitations when it comes to meeting requirements such as

As a dedicated CRM On Demand Systems Integrator, i3000 have been asked to meet a variety of customer requirements - in meeting these requirements we have created the iLink suite.
Cloud Integration
iLink provides a platform for integration to external cloud based systems. We leverage industry standard Platform as a Service (PaaS) Infrastructure to provide for a full end-to-end cloud based solution.

Too often a cloud based CRM is extended with Premise based solutions or an integration is made to 3rd party system with a Premise based Integration. You own a cloud based CRM - Our Preference is to embrace the Cloud with Cloud based Integration wherever possible.
Integration to External Systems
The success of any CRM implementation is providing a full view of the customer from the CRM. Often to achieve this the CRM needs to be integrated with 3rd Party systems. CRM On Demand provides a set of tools to build these integrations. i3000 provide iLink to leverage these tools and manage the integration. We can integrate to any open system - some examples include:

Extending CRM On Demand
One of the most common iLink requirements is to meet a business requirement that is simply not able to be met with Standard CRM On Demand Functionality. With iLink we can provide for virtually any business requirement through the provision of an iLink Extension. Extensions are provided in a number of formats including:
- A web page hosted within your CRM On Demand Instance
- An external standalone web page fully integrated to CRM On Demand
- A standalone web page launched from CRM On Demand
- A full Web Portal running off your CRM on Demand Instance
Batch Processing
CRM On Demand does not provide for batch processing. Too often there is a requirement to process your CRM Data for cleansing, calculation or some other purpose. Rather than rely on manual processes we can provide iLink to meet your batch processing needs.
The batch processes are fully managed on our Cloud based Platforms outlined above. We check that your batch process has run and provide for full monitoring and notification services.
