Over time and as the need arises, i3000 will add product offerings, both through partnerships and our own internal development. Our product strategy will be guided by the following principles:

Embrace the Cloud

Wherever possible, i3000’s will develop, deploy, offer and integrate products and services in the cloud.

Buy, Don’t Build

Wherever possible, i3000 will source products from leading technology organisations to meet particular business needs or requirements. Only if no product is available, that meets our selection criteria, will a custom build be contemplated.

Build Once, Deploy Many

i3000 will offer partner product configurations and customisations and our own products to the broadest possible client base within the bounds of commercial confidentiality and intellectual property considerations. This approach aims to minimise both upfront and ongoing costs to our clients and foster innovation.

One Product per Category

i3000 will only ever offer one product per product category. For example, we will only offer one ‘Hosted CRM’ even though there are a number of quality products available in the ‘Hosted CRM’ product category. We undertake a rigorous analysis and selection process before choosing a particular product and monitor the product’s capabilities and performance in the market over time. Underperforming products will be replaced.
